Devon Walls is an artist, activist and visionary leader based in Chester, Pa. His work — across painting, photography and community activism — is shaped by a lifetime immersed in art and African culture. Known for vibrant portraits that blend abstraction, street style, and neo-expressionism, Walls channels a unique visual energy.
Walls’ work has been exhibited nationally and is held in numerous corporate and private collections. He is represented by Morton Contemporary.
Inspired by the legacy of his uncle, Bill Dandridge, a pioneer in Chester’s arts scene, Walls has dedicated his career to catalyzing community transformation through art and education. In Chester, he founded The Artist Warehouse, ARK Gallery, Gallery 600, and Indigo Mills. Walls is an esteemed collaborator with the Pennsylvania Humanities Council, Swarthmore College, and Widener University.
